Dear Merchant,
The Friends of the Adorno’s Spring and Country Fair for 2010 will be held:
Spring Fair: Sunday, May 16, 2010 (Rain Date: May 23, 2010)
Country Fair: Sunday, October 10, 2010 (Rain Date: October 17, 2010)
You can use the contract (download link below) to insure a reserved spot(s) at the Spring/Country Fair.
The Friends of the Adornos Fairs are held on the grounds of the Adorno Fathers in Ramsey, NJ. Thousands of people attend our Fairs because of the ideal location, ample parking, and festive atmosphere.
Select the spot(s) or area(s) where you would like to be placed by circling the number(s) or area(s) on the enclosed map. Spaces will be assigned upon receipt of your contract and donation. If none of your choices are available, the nearest available spot sill be assigned to you.
The Friends of the Adornos and the Adorno Fathers reserve the right to refuse merchandise, products, or services that are contrary to or conflict with our goals, value systems or beliefs. We further reserve the right to limit same-item merchants or merchants providing services only at our discretion.
As a member of the Spring/Country Fair, you have 30 days to return the enclosed contract to reserve the same spot for the next Fair (unless otherwise noted). If you fail to do so, your spot will be made available to another merchant. If you would like to change your spot, please specify the area or spot where you would like to be placed. Available spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
The merchants entrance will open at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the Fair. You must be in your spot by 8:30 a.m. If you are not in your spot by that time, unless otherwise notified, we will assume that you are not coming, and we reserve the right to place another merchant in your spot.
Cancellation received 15 days prior to the Fair can/will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 14 days or less will only be legible for a 50% refund and you will maintain the right to the same spot for the next Fair. We maintain a no-refund policy for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the Fair.
Upon receipt for your signed contract and donation, made payable to the Friends of the Adornos, we will forward you the acknowledgement, instructions, and directions. We will deposit all checks received. A cancelled check is not be construed as a form of acknowledgment for participation at the Fair.
